Το κατάλυμα απέχει περίπου 700μ. από την παραλία Περίβολος, 8,7χλμ. από τον Αρχαιολογικό Χώρο του Ακρωτηρίου και 10χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Σαντορίνης. Το κατάλυμα προσφέρει μεταφορά από/προς το αεροδρόμιο, ενώ διατίθεται και υπηρεσία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτου. Το hostel προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια με ντουλάπα, θυρίδα ασφαλείας, τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, βεράντα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλινοσκεπάσματα. Το Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο της Θήρας απέχει 14χλμ. από το Villa Nektaria, ενώ η Αρχαία Θήρα είναι 16χλμ. μακριά. Το πλησιέστερο αεροδρόμιο είναι το Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο της Σαντορίνης, σε απόσταση 13χλμ. από το κατάλυμα.

"Villa Nektaria - amazing value! Absolutely brilliant."
Absolutely brilliant value for money. Excellent location 5 mins walk to beach and round the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was immaculately clean and the lovely owners were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Villa Nektaria if you are wanting to keep accommodation costs down so you can spend money elsewhere in stunning Santorini.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the pool next door was awesome, great shower and really nice place to sit outside the room with a stand to hang your laundry.The bed was very comfortable with multiple choice of pillows with different firmness.Nektaria and her husband were super sweet and friendly. Kept everything very clean and tight.The room was very quiet, no noise at all.There are unique and beautifu art decorations in the room.

"Exceptional"
The location is perfect- few minutes walk from the bus stop to Fira, supermarket, and beach&restaurants! Antonis and his family are great and helped us out w/ everything we needed. There's a little refrigerator in the room and dishes that can be washed in the sink outside. Each room has its own little patio where we had breakfast every morning, which is also budget friendly. They cleaned our room every day, and we got clean fresh towels every day. The rooms have air conditioning. Loved it!

close to beach, nice staff, pool also included, Ac work great and lovely shower and close to bus that brings you to other parts of the island. can’t ask for more with that price! also extremely accommodating with an early check in and check out. we would recommend!!

Everything was clean and it is very close to every place that is needed. It is close to shops, restaurant, beach and bus stop (which is just behind the corner). Also I really like the fact that there is a possibility of using a swimming pool. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend holidays in Santorini.

The hosts were extremely polite and welcoming. We arrived in the middle of the night and they stayed up to check us in. Unfortunately they had some problems with our transport from the airport, so to appologize they gave us a big breakfast for free.

The owners were extremely friendly and gave all the information I needed. They let me stay for three more days at a reasonable price. Room was very neat and comfortable. I asked for a kettle to make tea and coffee. They provided me with everything I needed. The Villa was very near to the grocery store and the black beach which has a lot of restaurants. Bus station was also nearby. So it was easy to go to Thira from there. There was a swimming pool next to the Villa which one could use. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Nektaria!!! You are a wonderful host!!!
